We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

For your convenience, as a courtesy, we handle all insurance processing for you and we will do our best to maximize the benefits you receive. Our financial coordinator will be happy to answer any questions you may have about this. Here are some general guidelines for your review.

• Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept credit cards, check and cash.
• If you have insurance coverage, an estimatedco-insurance is calculated based on your insurance benefits, which will be expected as payment at the time of services. After your insurance remits payment, any remaining balance will be billed to you.
• We also offer extended payment plans via Capital One Healthcare Finance and Care Credit.
